This unit is an introductory survey of the history and aesthetics of film music from the late 1890s to the present day. On Reddit: "Obviously late answer, but for anyone else googling this - easily the best subject I did in my entire degree. When I did it (2024) the lectures were compulsory which seems like a pain in the ass, but I can’t even express how worth it it is."
