This unit introduces students to the systems, regulation and uses of Chinese media. Designed for all students, with or without knowledge of the Chinese language, it draws on theories and concepts of global media studies for understanding situations in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Chinese communities in other countries.
